Because each job is unique, please request a quote for an estimate on your job, this is an indication only:

  • Expect $30 - $35 per hour for most jobs with payment required upon delivery (charged in 15 minute blocks).
  • Clients commiting to 10 hour per week or more can negotiate a reduction on the hourly rate and weekly or fortnightly invoicing.
  • Dictation transcription is $2 per audio minute for clean digital files of a single voice.
  • Payment by EFT, Paypal, cheque or Bartercard accepted by arrangement.
  • Below is a cost-comparison between a Virtual Assistant and a full-time, in-office assistant. The description of on-costs relates to the USA, however in Australia and other countries employers spend an equivalent amount on Superannuation, tax, insurance and other benefits.
    NB: Remeber that in Australia a temp through an agency at $30 per hour would be a junior, fairly inexperienced, temp; and a four-hour minimum hire is required.
